Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is drawn up between the seller, whose information is provided below, and the consumer who shops via distance sales methods, in accordance with relevant legal regulations.

Within the scope of this agreement, the "Buyer" refers to the consumer who makes a purchase through Clippiq's official e-commerce website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered by the Buyer from the Seller via www.clippiq.com.

3. PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

• The product(s) ordered by the Buyer will be shipped to the delivery address provided.
• Orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after the payment process is completed.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company but undertakes to provide customer support.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY

• The Buyer may return the product by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving it.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
• After the return process is completed, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer's original payment method within 10 business days.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

• All products sold by Clippiq are covered by a 2-year warranty.
• Free replacement or repair is provided during the warranty period for manufacturing defects.

6. PAYMENT & SECURITY

• Payments are secured by 3D Secure protection.
• Credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods are available.
• The Seller does not store the Buyer's payment information and does not share it with third parties.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

If the parties are unable to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or strikes, the agreement shall be suspended.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, competent courts and consumer arbitration boards in the United States shall have jurisdiction.

9. ENFORCEMENT

Once the Buyer approves this agreement electronically, they are deemed to have accepted all of its provisions.
